How to measure - will this item fit my dog?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and sizes vary in each breed so it is important to measure your pet before ordering your items. Measure the inches around your dog's neck and the largest part of the chest (girth) and the length down the back from the neck to the base of the tail to be certain the items your ordering is the correct size.

Do you take "special orders"?

Due to time constraints we are not accepting "special orders" in general. However we would consider a special order if you have a special occasion or event. Please email if you have a request.

Ordering, Shipping, Returns?

Make your selection and use the contact link provided to email us for ordering. Payments are made through Paypal (see about Paypal and privacy below) personal check or money order. Checks and money orders will have to clear before shipment will be made, usually 7-10 business days.

Shipping will be via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Priority shipping and Insurance, if requested will be a higher rate. First class shipping rates: (coming soon)

Returns

Returns will only be accepted at our discretion and only within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange (excluding shipping and handling fees). We cannot accept used items as returns. Our goal is to have satisfied customers, therefore please note details, sizes, and measurements before placing your order.
